This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Online Store "Zakolot.store", located at the address - Zakolot.store, may obtain about the User when using the Online Store website, programs and products of the Online Store.

1. Definition of terms

1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:

1.1.1. "Online Store Website Administration (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration)" - authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of the Online Store Zakolot.store, who organize and process personal data, and also determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions or operations performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).

1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" - a mandatory requirement for compliance by the Administrator or another person who has access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or the presence of another legal basis.

1.1.5. "User of the Zakolot.store Online Store Site" - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Online Store Site.

1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.7. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

2. General provisions

2.1. The User's use of the Online Store Site means his/her agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Online Store Site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Zakolot.store Online Store website. The Online Store does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may access via links available on the Online Store website.

2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User to the Online Store website.

3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Online Store Administration to not disclose and ensure the confidentiality of personal data that the User must provide to the Site Administration upon request when registering on the Online Store website or when placing an order for the purchase of the Goods.

3.2. Personal data permitted for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Zakolot.store online store website in the registration section and include the following information:

3.2.1. User's full name;

3.2.2. User's contact phone number;

3.2.3. e-mail address (e-mail);

3.2.4. Product delivery address;

3.2.5. User's place of residence.

3.3. The online store protects the following data that is automatically transmitted when viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which a statistical system script ("pixel") is installed: IP address; information from cookies; information about the browser (or other program that provides access to displaying advertising); access time; address of the page on which the advertising block is located; referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.2. The online store collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and resolve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments made. 3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-distribution, except for the cases provided for in clause 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING THE USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The Administration of the online store website may use the User's personal data for the purposes of:

4.1.1. Identification of the User registered on the online store website, to place an order and (or) conclude a Contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely with the Zakolot.store online store.

4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the online store website.

4.1.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending messages, requests related to the use of the online store website, providing services, processing requests and applications from the User. 4.1.4. Determining the location of the User to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.5. Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.1.6. Creating an account for making purchases, if the User has consented to creating an account.

4.1.7. Notifying the User of the Online Store Site about the status of the Order.

4.1.8. Processing and receiving payments, confirming tax or tax benefits by the User.

4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Online Store Site.

4.1.10. Providing the User, with his consent, with product updates, special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Online Store or on behalf of the Online Store partners.

4.1.11. Carrying out advertising activities with the User's consent.

4.1.12. Providing the User with access to the sites or services of the Online Store's partners in order to obtain products, updates and services.

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without limitation of the term, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Site of the online store "Zakolot.store", including the delivery of the Goods.

5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities of Ukraine only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine.

5.4. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration shall inform the User of the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, distortion, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.6. The site administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6. Obligations of the parties

6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.1.1. Provide information about personal data necessary for using the Site of the online store Zakolot.store.

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of changes in this information.

6.2. The site administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the information received exclusively for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.

6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Site Administration, which has failed to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the improper use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, except for the cases provided for in paragraphs 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before its receipt by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Online Store website and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred for consideration to a judicial body in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

9. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

9.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Online Store Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

9.3. All suggestions or questions regarding this Privacy Policy should be reported to the INFO section.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

1. Definition of terms

1.1. Seller – "FOP Antipov Bohdan Serhiyovych", offering goods through an online store.

1.2. Buyer – an individual who purchases goods through an online store.

1.3. Online store – a website on which the Seller offers goods for sale.

2. General provisions

2.1. This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2.2. The terms of this offer are mandatory for both parties to fulfill.

3. Subject of the agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer in ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods.

4. Price of the goods

4.1. The price of the goods is indicated on the website of the online store and may change.

4.2. The final price of the goods is determined at the time of placing the order.

5. Ordering procedure

5.1. The Buyer selects the goods, indicates the quantity and places the order through the interface of the online store.

5.2. After confirming the order, the Buyer receives an email with information about the order.

6. Payment terms

6.1. Payment for the goods is made by any of the methods indicated on the website.

7. Delivery terms

7.1. The goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.

7.2. The delivery time is indicated on the website and may vary depending on the circumstances.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

8.1. The Seller undertakes:

- To provide goods of proper quality.
- To fulfill the delivery terms on time.

8.2. The Buyer undertakes:

- To pay for the goods on time.
- To accept the goods within the established time limits.

9. Liability of the Parties

9.1. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.

10.2. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the offer at any time, of which it undertakes to notify the Buyers.

10.3. All disputes arising in the process of fulfilling this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement - in court.
